100mg Magnesium per serving: Magnesium is an electrolyte that participates in more than 300 cellular reactions within the human body including cellular regeneration and protein synthesis. Endurance Mix contains 25% of the daily recommended intake of magnesium and is easy to absorb via the GI tract.
300mg Sodium per serving: replaces the salt lost from sweat. This is important to prevent hyponatremia, a condition caused by low sodium levels, most commonly seen in marathon runners.
150mg Potassium per serving: The potassium concentration of 150mg per serving prevents potassium from peaking in the blood to a dangerous level. Endurance Mix has a proprietary and patented ratio of potassium to magnesium per serving, preventing fatigue and reducing muscle cramps.
8g Organic Sugar per serving: A small amount of sugar allows the electrolyte solution to maintain the correct thickness, which in turn allows for a quicker absorption from your stomach. This is the key to how it’s able to rapidly absorb without causing bloating.
