Optimize your training

Created with athletes in mind, Speed Sauce is a balanced blend of performance enhancing ingredients to prevent muscle cramps and fatigue while you are training, with properly dosed electrolytes to keep you fully hydrated.

Improve recovery

Our patented formula won’t cause bloating, and it’s been proven and tested by real athletes to help muscles recover faster and reduce soreness after high-intensity workouts.

What's inside?

No fillers. No mystery ingredients. We believe in transparency. That’s why we put our high-quality formula directly on the label. We make it easy for you to know how much to take, and exactly what you’re getting.

100mg Magnesium per serving: Magnesium is an electrolyte that participates in more than 300 cellular reactions within the human body including cellular regeneration and protein synthesis. Speed Sauce contains 25% of the daily recommended intake of magnesium and is easy to absorb via the GI tract.

300mg Sodium per serving: replaces the salt lost from sweat. This is important to prevent hyponatremia, a condition caused by low sodium levels, most commonly seen in marathon runners.

150mg Potassium per serving: The potassium concentration of 150mg per serving prevents potassium from peaking in the blood to a dangerous level. Speed Sauce is superior to many other electrolyte based products on the market because of the balanced ratio of potassium to magnesium, preventing fatigue and reducing muscle cramps.

8g Organic Sugar per serving: We all know sugar in excess is not good for our body. However, this small amount of sugar allows the electrolyte solution to maintain the correct thickness, which in turn allows for a quicker absorption from your stomach. This is the key to how it’s able to rapidly absorb without causing bloating or stomach discomfort.

60mg Vitamin C: Vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins your body needs to function properly. It is anti-inflammatory and is proven to increase the absorption of iron in your body. Iron, within the hemoglobin of red cells, allows binding of oxygen so it is delivered to muscles where they can continue to perform well particularly during the high-intensity workouts.

Yesterday I got a treadmill runch in and had to have my Speed Sauce with me. It’s not just for long runs or hot runs- having it daily builds up the important vitamins and minerals in your body. It really has been a game changer for me!

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, if you can’t do the small things right, you’ll never do the big things right. Today’s goal have a 90 rpm average, mission accomplished. I’ve been taking Speed Sauce for 4 days now, it’s a long term process, but it tastes great, mixes smoothly, and so far seems to be working. I’m taking roughly 1 scoop per hour of training, but I’ll be experimenting as I train. ***18 straight training days!

I normally just use gels and drink water during my long runs, but it’s warming up here in El Paso and I have been having trouble pushing through my runs. Mentally it’s bugging me. It’s been a little over a week since I started using Speed Sauce, and I am really enjoying it. This morning I ran 6 miles in 98% humidity and I felt great, was able to keep a great pace, and completed it in 54 minutes. I was pretty happy about that.

Running in Zone 2 is not really my jam. Week before last I had an hour run in zone 2 that I ended up finishing on the treadmill inside because I just couldn’t handle the Guam heat. I got wicked cramps and became dizzy like the track was moving but I wasn’t. I knew my hydration was off. It’s been a struggle For me adjusting to triathlon training in Guam. My coach Iron Cowboy James Lawrence sent me Speed Sauce to try last week. Man has It been a game changer! Yesterday I ran on the track for 1hr and 10 minutes with zero cramping, dizziness or stopping in zone 2 for my heart rate and felt amazing!!! If you’ve struggled with keeping your electrolytes balanced I definitely suggest trying MagNaK Speed Sauce
