    I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, if you can’t do the small things right, you’ll never do the big things right. Today’s goal have a 90 rpm average, mission accomplished.     I just started trying out speed sauce about 3 weeks ago and can tell a huge difference, this past weekend we had an ocean swim, felt really strong fighting the current and waves, I had my fastest bike split and run split, felt super strong the entire race to the finish, no cramping or bubble gut feeling and also by drinking Speedsauce I don't feel like I need to eat as much to get calories and energy, which most the time during the race I never like to eat because its always hit or miss getting a stomach ache so Im pretty pumped on Speedsauce so far as it seems to be what I need to feeling good and accomplishing some PR's!!
